I totally slept on my shoulder wrong and now it's really bugging me. The Icy Hot helps, though.

Opened up the bathroom window this morning so I could clean it out a bit. Damn thing slipped and fell on top of my hands-landing the hardest on my left index finger. Did I mention that it fell hard?. It brought tears to my eyes and the only thing that kept me from screaming bloody murder was the fact that it would have set Meghan off who was right in the bathroom with me when it happened. I dosed myself with about 800mg Motrin and 500mg Tylenol. It feels better but I have a bruise under the nailbed and I'm wondering if I should bleed it.
