Meggie and I had a busy and fun Wednesday today. We went to playgroup at a friend's house and she had a ball playing with her little friends. She was in Heaven having so much open space to walk around and all these neat toys to play with. I know she is going to be so much happier in the duplex.

We also ran an errand today and went to the Library for Storytime and Arts and Crafts in the Evening. She had a light dinner while I talked on the phone with my grandmother. She fell asleep in her high chair and I put her to bed without a problem. I'm not surprised-today was a big day!

I have to clean up in the kitchen a bit, but I am going to relax a bit before I get to that. I was able to get a little done this afternoon while she played but I need to clean up a little more. There's also a tuna fish sandwich in the fridge-I made it for Meghan's dinner but she more interested in eating the tuna right from the bowl so I think I'll eat the sandwich.

And I swear she said "tuna" this evening.

Meggie helped make a puppy puppet in Arts and Crafts at the Library after Storytime this evening. She and I both colored, and then I cut and pasted it together for her. I should have Tony scan it. I love her artwork.

And she's in bed now. In her crib. She fell asleep on the walk home and just to see what would happen I put her in the crib and she didn't make a peep. I didn't even get her shoes off her. It's kind of weirding me out, tbh. I mean that she went to bed so early without a protest. Usually if she falls asleep after a walk she flips if I put her in the crib. I'm not weirded out by her sleeping with her shoes on-she often does that during naps.

We're working on times when we can have our playgroup. It would be nice for both of us-she needs to socialize with other kids and I need some real world Mommy friends.
